Privacy Complaint Policy

Use this process to report personal data, doxxing, unlawful disclosure, or privacy-invasive content. Privacy complaints are not forwarded to the uploader when doing so would expose the complainant or worsen the privacy harm.

Where GDPR applies, Melon Sandbox handles access, erasure, restriction, objection, and rectification requests under applicable timeframes, generally within one month unless an extension is permitted by law.

Users may contact [email protected] and may lodge complaints with a competent data protection authority. Ducky LTD is established in Cyprus.

Privacy reports are reviewed by qualified personnel. Emergency or high-risk privacy harms may be escalated faster than ordinary complaints.
